Help the tsunami 2004 victims and survivors.
Maybe they will able to help JUST YOU
in the next case of an emergency.
Thai government together with the local tourism industry - they were the main players in the dangerous and high-risk game on the Boxing Day 2004 and the relevant actors in the criminal failure before, during and after the tsunami 2004 disaster.
But they were not the sole actors of failure and crime against humanity. Furthermore there were many other participants abroad as accomplices who were ready and willing for such an offence. Theirs criminal negligent game with the human life was a serious and deathly atrocity. Undoubtedly, the leading parties of the total failure were also all the countries of the 1. World, their governments and competent authorities. And they are undoubtedly guilty because they had all technical equipment and skills, human and scientific capacity, financial and organizational resources to identify risk, to take precautionary measures, to detect the imminent danger to life and limb, to warn of the disaster and to prevent the upcoming calamity.
A dramatic blow against human rights was struck on the tragical Boxing Day of the year 2004. Hundreds of thousands of human lives got lost on December 26th 2004 due to the rolling water masses by the devastating and deadly tsunami that dragged unsuspecting innocent people along and killed them cruelly - in fact due to the roughly negligent inexcusable behaviours of many irresponsible authorities worldwide. A lot of people lost their children, parents, or partners. Others lost their complete basic living conditions, all their belongings and their jobs. Injured seriously, hurt physically and traumatized for life, numerous victims cannot build up a normal life without your help any more. Many of them have not only lost members of the family and their means of existence but also the will to live -- including the German, the European and other tsunami victims in the world left alone by the state with their destiny till now. The state authorities failed because of their own gross negligence before, during and after the tsunami disaster killing this way their own citizens. After that the governments turned their back to their own victims at last. The European tourists constitute, numerically, worldwide the most strongly concerned victim community under the foreigners. We represent not only our own interests but also the legitimate requests of all tsunami 2004 victims in the world as well.

Help the survivors and relatives who lost their Loved Ones!
Help the historical truth to come to light so that the world can learn the whole
truth about the anthropogenic causes of the man-made tsunami catastrophe, the
criminal omission of the necessary alerts, the gross failure of preventative
measures, about the true picture of the disaster and its tragic consequences. Today
we know the reasons for the mass homicide: The tsunami death from the sea and
its human destruction came from human hand; it was a crime against humanity. The
tsunami 2004 victims are suffering because of the multiplicate governmental
failure and the failure of the tourist industry - the result of the
irresponsible negligent policy of easy profit and human life mass destruction.
Help us to reconstruct the causes of crime: the chain of command, inactivity, insufficiency and incompetence in thickset of bureaucracy and to prove this by documentary evidence.
Help the justice to victory so that the world learns the names of the perpetrators and guilty persons – the worst actors in the world of criminal negligence.
Help this way the survivors and the relatives of the victims so that they don’t stay excluded from historical justice.
Help us to exert effective influence on politics to improve catastrophe prevention and management, so that a similar humanitarian catastrophe like the past global disaster on Black Sunday would not be repeated and would not forgotten fast.
Help us to make the world a little bit safer for living. This way you would help possibly also directly yourself far from the native country someplace on a day X. Be sure… it is dead certain that:
The next tsunami will certainly come. Because of that we ask all generous givers: Do not believe the state power! Have no trust in its authorities, in the public assistance in the case of emergency! We believed in security and preventive measures trusting in the principle of bona fides and did not believe in the careless negligence of the state authorities until the mass death and destruction came with its dreadful bloody harvest and we lost our trust in the state’s power in its headless bureaucratic paralysed authorities on December 26, 2004 definitely.

We, the victims and survivors of the
man-made tsunami 2004 disaster blame
them, these people and authorities in Thailand and elsewhere for the avoidable wrong and mass death and mayhem of holiday-makers in
the hotels and on the tourist beaches of Thailand's West coast, for trauma and
endless suffering of thousands of affected foreigners, for destruction of their
lives and their financial livelihood and for their financial or material loss
due to the omission of disasters preventive measures, failure to timely
declaration of the state of disaster emergency, failure to immediately and
proper warning of the impending tsunami and failure to evacuate existentially
threatened people
They are responsible for the tsunami
massacre December 26, 2004 and they must be held accountable and liable. They
should have been charged and convicted of crime against humanity. Furthermore
we accuse them of playing destructive and dirty game in the cover-up, in the
withholding of important evidences, obstruction of justice, misleading the
public by evident lies and blocking the truth by politics.
